Our newly built apartment community in Wilmingtons 28412 neighborhood welcomes up to two pets per residence, offering spacious one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts designed to comfortably accommodate both residents and their companions.
Located within the Riverlights community, our setting provides convenient access to walking trails and outdoor areas, making daily routines with your pet simple and enjoyable.

Pet Policy & Community Guidelines
Argento at Riverlights permits up to two pets per apartment home. We welcome dogs and cats as common household pets. Exotic animals including reptiles, rodents, and similar species are not permitted.
Fees & Monthly Charges
- $300 non-refundable pet fee per pet
- $25 monthly pet rent per pet
To maintain a respectful and comfortable community environment, residents are expected to:
- Properly dispose of pet waste
- Keep pets leashed in shared areas
- Ensure pets do not create excessive noise or disturbance
- Maintain up-to-date vaccinations

Breed Restrictions & Safety Standards
For the safety and comfort of all residents, certain breed restrictions apply. Unless designated as service animals, the following breeds and their mixes are not permitted:

- American Bulldog
- Chow

- Pitbull / Staffordshire Terrier
- Rottweiler
